The Ad Kit is an extension to Adobe Flash. Note the welcome screen restricts choices for easy orientation.
First you select a template.
Settings for that ad format are displayed. Preview is immediately available if you want to know what the ad will look like.
The assets tab lets you add assets to the ad and manage additional panels.
The panel manager lets you create and position DHTML panels inside of Flash.
Use the tracking tab to add all the pings the ad needs to send to record the ad viewer's interactions with the ad.
The features tab lets you add additional functionality, like displaying multiple ads in a page (linked ads) or adding wallpaper.
Once you hit preview, files are uploaded to the platform, and a QA tool can be displayed to aid testing.
The ad can be positioned on top of a number of saved background images.
New backgrounds can be uploaded and the ad easily repositioned by dragging and dropping.
Here is the ad shown on a sample background
A menu top right allows you to send a preview and assign it to a campaign so it can be approved and trafficked.

and a history to access recent work.
The campaign manager was another project, intended to sunset use of excel spreadsheets to stay on top of live campaigns.

Publisher certification was another manual effort that needed to be automated.
